Vincent a qualified electrician with nearly a decade’s worth of experience in the construction industry, he started his career in 2005 and was appointed company director from 2009 to 2013.

In late 2013 Vincent’s career interests took a turn towards the water industry and he worked as Leakage Area Delivery Manager for Welsh Water until 2020.

In 2020 he decided to pursue the life of entrepreneurship with his wife Natasha after building a successful e-commerce business of his own. His current area of interest is property development which has always been an interest due to the nature of his background. He has always been very practical, creative and resourceful applying his expertise within his own property portfolio.

Natasha Ware
Company Director

Natasha’s background was in the financial industry whereby she was working towards chartered status. After starting her own business in 2014, she was in a position to quit her financial career in 2015. Using her entrepreneurial flare, she is a believer in diversification and working on creating multiple passive incomes as such she has set up several businesses to date.

Properties have always been of interest and after purchasing our latest off plan new build in 2021, it’s sparked an interest in commercial properties.

Nicholas Wallwork
Non-Executive Advisor

Nicholas Wallwork has been appointed as our Non-Executive Advisor, providing over 20 years of property development experience and has several successful real estate businesses.

With over £30 million in his property portfolio and having developed £60 million of UK property, to include commercial to residential conversions, Houses in Multiple occupation, serviced apartments, private rentals and co-living apartment blocks; his expertise & experience will ensure we are on course to deliver high quality products with healthy profit margins.
